Important business notes

Due to the continuing weakness of the USD against all other major
currencies, prices will have to be increased again :(
The USD has dropped by approx. an other 10% over the last 6 months.
We will do our best to keep prices competitive and thank you for your
continuing support.
03/2007
Shipping delivery lead time issues for small
parcels: number of customer are claiming deliveries are slow, this is
unfortunate and is related to the way regular mail is handled between
Canada/USA. We have been informed that regular mail seems to take at
least 5-7 open days and sometime up to over 10 open days to deliver in
certain area, so strangely longer then overseas deliveries. If you are
in a rush please make sure to ask for priority mail delivery, but
remember faster delivery is only possible at additional cost. Thanks for
your understanding.

Since the beginning of the year, the U$ has again dropped by 8% against
the EURO, which unlikely leads us to readjust the prices for all
imported products. So prices on the web are indicative and may change
without notice.
01/2004
We have been notified by several
customers that they never received our replies to their queries. It seems
that with the proliferation of spam e-mails, many server, e-mail provider,
or personal spam blocking tools do block our replies. We have suggest that
if you don't get a reply within 48 hours, to send us, if possible, a new
request with an alternate reply address so we may reach you, or try to whitelist our e-mail on your server/mail provider. We will also do all the
necessary on our side to solve this situation and apologize for the
inconvenience.
