Minimum order is $5.00 for orders paid with a check or money order, $10.00 for credit cards. Due to fluctuations in exchange rates and other factors beyond our control all prices are indicative and subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days after issuing date. Canadian customer: E-mail us to get your quote in Canadian founds.
Purchases by credit card (Visa and MasterCard), money order or checks (U.S. funds in the form of a draft drawn on a U.S. bank or International U.S. postal money order). Also available: Paypal for payment for US and International orders (no credit card payment through Paypal, unless you are ready to pay their 6% credit card processing fee!)), request a quote and/or payment request, by providing your Paypal address. For large orders we suggest a bank transfer, we will supply information at order date.
All payments for foreign orders must be made by credit card or U.S. funds in the form of a draft drawn on a U.S. bank, U.S. international postal money order or by bank transfer to our account. Foreign checks (other the US) incur a substantial processing fee and will be returned. Ask for a quote on shipping and handling charges.
We will do our best to ship
your order within the next two days we receive it. There are times, however, that certain
items are temporarily unavailable, and we will let you know when we expect to be able to
deliver at our best knowledge. We are not always on control, in particular with imported
kits where delays may vary a lot from time to time.
Shipping cost will depend on size of box and where it goes (inquiry prior to order).
Normal shipping method is priority mail insured (Airmail). We also
ship UPS and FedEx if required or requested. Shipping cost may be quoted at
time of order.
All of our shipments are insured. If you receive a shipment that is damaged, save all packing materials, contact your post office or the according carrier immediately to set the insurance claim in process, then call us. When you contact us, we will proceed the claim with the according carrier and we will arrange for replacement of damaged materials. Do not return damaged items directly to ICARE/ICARUS! If you do, you may void the insurance and then you will be responsible for the value of the damaged items.
We unconditionally guarantee all of our catalogue items for a period of 30 days from date of shipment. Did you receive merchandise that: was defective (DAO, damage during use are excluded), wasn't what you expected, you changed your mind about or you would like to exchange for something else, contact us immediately and we will give you a return authorization and modality. We will replace the defective item at no cost to you, except shipping. For non-defective merchandise, you will be responsible for all shipping fees (always insure your shipment), and you may be charged for original shipping and packing plus a 10% restocking fee. Also merchandise must be returned in unused and undamaged condition to get your refund. We will accept no returns without prior authorization. Merchandise bought from our clearance sale or damaged items section will be made as a final sale, without guarantee and no return will be accepted. A refund or credit will be offered for products returned within 30 days of shipment. Returns after 30 days will be for credit only. For any return please use this form: Service-RMA form.

manufacturer for their warranty terms.
